It was about 10 minutes, they were super friendly and not hard questions. Your interviewer just wants to get to know you and why you want to work for Panera and what values you hold.

The interview was fairly simple and straight forward. We met in person at one of the owners franchised locations for the initial interview, and was hired to train as a baker to lead their new location.

Very relaxed interview, asked me basic questions and availability. They offered me a job on the spot however, it was not the position I applied for. I couldn't make the hours work that they wanted so I declined.
I submitted the application in the store and had an interview with the manager within a week. I received an offer via phone call the next day. Overall smooth process.
