The interview process was very relaxed and they want to see you're easy to work with. It only took one day. I applied online and was called an hour later and then went to the interview that day and was hired on the spot.

Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
