My first interaction was going to the actual store and talk to the employees there about their experience with their jobs and then to ask for an application. The application was online so I quickly went home, got on the computer, searched the site and then filled out the application to the very best of my ability. Even after turning in my application I continued to visit the store and talk to the managers about my application process and where my application was, I also called every day to check up on it and make sure they hadn't forgotten me. The best advice I can give is to be extremely persistent without being annoying so they begin to believe that you want this job above all others. I was called for an interview at the store after a week. It was very informal and I was hired on the spot. However I did not get the job I wanted which was a night baker and instead they put me on the production line. I was nervous about that placement but it worked out very well.
