Well I got a call from them to come in for an interview after school on Monday. So I went to the interview about 5 minutes early and told them why I was here and one of the workers told the manager and then she handed me a cup to get a drink and told me to sit anywhere. About 10 minutes later a manager came and sat with me and we went through the interview easily so he set up anyone one with a different manager later that week and so I went to that one and he asked me like 1 question and asked my availability and then set me up another interview with the assistant general manager and she offered me the job. So it was pretty easy if you are confident and just be yourself.
The interview process consisted of an interview with an manager. Interview lasted 15 minutes and I was asked basic behavioral question. One of the questions was “what does sense of urgency means to you”

Took maybe a week from applying to hiring. Scheduled interview it lasted less than 10mins no hard question. Really easy just asked for availability. They ask if you had any activities outside of school that could conflict with schedule. They asked shift preferences
