They really took the time to get to know me in my interview. I applied for Catering coordinator, but after talking with me decided I would be much better fit for Shift Supervisor. There was a two part process. I talked with the recruiter first and then I went back to talk to the G.M. on a separate occasion. I also had internal interviews with HQ and the district manager. All were very nice.
There were 3 interviews total. A 20 minute call with a recruiter, a 45 minute interview with multiple managers, and a 1 hour interview with multiple managers and a mock call. The first real interview was like an ordinary interview with generic questions and why Panera. The final interview was pretty similar questions as the first one but you do a mock call to start the interview and receive feedback throughout the interview.

First, you get set up with a quick phone interview with someone in their Cedar Rapids office.
If they like you, you will choose which store(s) you want to work at and will be contacted by the store manager.
A proper sit-down interview will be conducted with either the General Manager or their Assistant Managers.

It was a fairly easy interview, general questions you would expect at retail jobs. If you are interviewing you pretty much have the job unless you really mess up at the interview.
