I applied online to work at Panera Bread in Mansfield, TX. It was a group interview and it was relatively laid back. It was held off-site at a nearby hotel because the Panera was still under construction. There were two interviewers and about 8-10 interviewees. We watched a short video about the company and their values, then got into questions and activities. I would have been okay with this process except they never got back to me. I called about two and a half weeks later to see if I had gotten the job and that is when they informed me that I had not (this was frustrating and a waste of my time).

It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
