Extremely disorganized and made company seem like it was on the decline. Recruiter would call me really late - between 8-10pm to discuss next round of interviews. When I didnt hear back I would have to follow up. After 3 rounds of interviews and a take home project they just ghosted me. This was a data job, but everyone I talked to seemed very unknowledgeable about data. One high level team member used p value incorrectly. Overall, super unimpressive.
