There are so many red flags about this place it's hard to know where to start- ultimately they only care about you taking their Landmark Forum classes which if you watch any cult documentaries you will find a lot of similarities-neurolinguistic programming, behavior modification, etc. The recruiter and hiring manager which they call a supervisor (red flag in corporate America) both asked repeatedly if I would be ok attending the class. They're 3 days long and it would be largely on your own private time. They said they were not interested in whether I could do the job but rather that I fit in "culturally". The "supervisor" used "culture" as code repeatedly. They did not ask me much of anything about my resume. They seem to want people they can brainwash. The process was so drawn out - it would be weeks between calls, and the job has been posted for months.
