Very responsive employer. Pleasant experience at every level, all the interviewers were professional and explained the position well. The only down side was the weeks of delay in the decision making process. Otherwise, I thought the experience was nice.

The interview experience was good. Mainly asked past experience and leadership questions. They are very tardy in responding and feedbacks. I followed up 2-3 times but no response. Further, they expect you to know about Panda, its founders and brag about the company.

I submitted an application online through their website and was contacted about a week and a half later via email for a phone screen. The recruiter confused the dates and called me a week before the date she had listed in her initial email. I tried to call her back to explain the situation but was unable to get ahold of her for several days. She then agreed to call me a few days later. The interview consisted of pretty standard questions.
