J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Panda Restaurant Group en mars 2018
Entretien
started normal then...LANDMARK FORUM!!!
They essentially mandate you take your own time and dime to participate in the Landmark Forum before you can be considered for final interviews. 2 days off during the weekday and an entire weekend plus $500 fee ("discounted" Panda rate).
I'm all for self improvement, but mandating this to interviewees so that they can give feedback to Panda management seems a little "off" and may be viewed as a conflict of interest (does the Cherng family have some sort of equity in Landmark?) At least a conflict of interest if not economic discrimination. If a single parent on one income can't afford to take 2 days off of work and pay the fee they don't get considered? Shame on you Panda. Figure out a less discriminatory interview method. Cancelled my interview thank goodness.

Question 1
very basic experience review then they go into "how do you continue to improve yourself"
