There are basic questions like strengths/weaknesses but the majority of the questions are geared towards whether or not you fit the company culture. They are all about Landmark and 7 Habits.

Interviewed with Corp HR Recruiter, HR Director, and HR Supervisor. Very detailed interview - need to have passion and learn about the culture and achievements of the company. The company is very focused on 7 habits book. HR Recruiter is always very helpful on providing tips before you meet with the supervisor and director. Great interview process!
