Fairly straightforward. They called back with questions, met in person, followed up with references. They’re looking for team players and good energy. Don’t come into the door with a scowl or a swagger…you won’t get an offer if you answer all the questions perfectly.

Very casual had me and other potential hires waiting in the restaurant and sitting around. Did take each us separately so the other potential hires didn't overhear anything. Very nice and overall a good interviewer but the place did get busy as it was getting close to lunch.
