You usually received a phone interview within a week to a couple weeks after you submitted your application. Some of the question that they ask you from what I can recalled is What does our mission statement? why do you want to apply for this position? what kind of salary do you? Have you heard about the seven habits book? etc.

Had a phone interview with HR at first. It was a basic interview but with some focus on Panda Group's mission values and the 7 habits of highly effective people. Afterwards, I was contacted by email later for an in person interview. Met with HR person and another associate for an in person interview similar to the phone interview questions before talking to the hiring manager later that day.
