It was an excruciatingly long process, and they ask you to take the Landmark Forum courses (google it for yourself...). They made me go through 3 interviews, for a COORDINATOR position. 5 people interviewed me in the first stage. Then two people. Then, another two. And then they were going to schedule me for a fourth interview, and I was fed up by then. They called saying that taking the Landmark Forum course is "highly encouraged" and everyone at Panda does it. The recruiter basically implied that without taking the course, I wouldn't be able to stay on.
