J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Panda Express
Entretien
I applied online for multiple locations near me. When I went in to one of the stores to introduce myself and drop off a resume, the manager told me that another location was doing open interviews, so I stopped by a few days later. After walking up to the counter and being asked to sit down to wait for the manager, I waited about 10-15 minutes before she came and interviewed me, asking basic questions. She seemed somewhat distracted during the interview - she did not keep eye contact with me and I had some doubts as to whether she was actually listening to the answers I gave.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
