I applied online,then got a call the next day for an interview the following day. They asked if I wanted a drink while I waited to be interviewed.I was interviewed by a managaee and asked a few questions about my schedule,hours,what I like to do,why Panda Express and I got a run down of the company and it's mission. The next day I did a background check the got a call the day after that to start.

Interview was quick and oriented on you individual skills working in a fast paced environment. What strengths and weaknesses you have, any experience in food, etc. They may ask you about your personal life as to any hobby you might have as well.

She ask some questions and I answered. Then after two days I work my first shift.And it wasn’t too bad. Everyone was nice. But the interview was short and simple

Will be interviewed by store manager first, if passed, then will have a second interview with the general manager either in person or over the phone. They will ask questions to see if qualifications are met to their standards.
