2 rounds of interview including a phone interview then OJP in store training. Phone interview is very brief and basically go over your resume in terms of experience and qualifications

you must pass a lot of interviews. GMs, ACOs RDO interviews. Then you will do a on site job training interview. Next you need to pass a background check, finally you will get a call after a week to finish paperwork.
