I went in and ask if they were hiring; the assistant manager gave me a very firm and comforting handshake after telling me to apply online. After I applied online, a few hours later, he contacted me and told me to come in for an interview. The interview lasted about fifteen minutes and went, in my opinion, very well.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
