I completed a initial screening phone interview with a very kind employee who seemed genuinely interested in my answers. The questions were mainly situational. Although I prepared beforehand, the questions made me a bit nervous but will definitely help me in the future.

Smooth process, first shortlisting then gd then pi in campus recruitement.Easy cv based questions in interview and some future goals questions, wanted to know more about sales accumen and flexibility.
Looking at leadership qualities in students. Only 50 people were shortlisted, 5 gd pannels, 3 from each gd were selected for the pi round
