Face to face interview; interviewer was friendly and personable. Was invited for an online assessment which I find was archaic and not relevant to the role I applied for. They require you to provide 2 referees which should be from your immediate superior from your last role and also payslips of last 3 months. This is all before they decide if you will be shortlisted for the second interview.
