J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Panasonic (Lake Forest, CA) en janv. 2017
Entretien
4 stages. 1st stage is with an engineer that looks over your resume and asks you specifics about your resume. 2nd stage is with another engineer doing the same, only, he will dig deeper on the technical aspect. 3rd stage is with a pair of engineers who will give you certain workplace/project scenerios and will ask you how you will handle it. 4th stage is a written exam (~30 min) on the basics of electrical engineering. Topics included BJTs, Microprocessers, Op Amps, KVL/KCL...and other basics. After all is done, you go into the office of the hiring manager and he asks you why should we hire you.

Entretien
First round is online meeting with team where they ask questions about resume and a few technical questions.
Second round is in-person technical interview with written test and in-lab hands on test
First Round was virtual interview.
Second Round was Written Interview with conceptual questions and analog circuit problems. Then an On hands lab test which involved using a DMM/Oscilloscope. Overall interview process took about one month.
Straight Forward. The engineers interviewing me wanted to learn about my experiences more and how I handle hard problems on the job. Met with the manager then a few of the engineers on the team.
