Very smooth
They give you a call if they like your skills and knowledge in your CV.
They will then set up a first interview.
Once they run through the interview with you for managers.
They will then contact you (If they do like you) they will within a few weeks, contact you for a second interview with a meeting with the director and then let you know if they would like to take you on.
