Went through the full interview process over 8 weeks. I was an employee referral. The recruiter was friendly and prompt in getting back to me. I felt all the interviews went well other than the team lead interview. I could tell from the onset he was not interested in interviewing me. I felt like they were interested in hiring another Indian to which I did not fit that demographic.
