6 rounds of interviews that spanned over 6 months. Would go months without hearing from anyone during the process. The interview process ultimately culminated in a role play presentation where I had to build a solution presentation for a customer and present it back to them. Was told at the end of the interview that they were closing up the end of the fiscal year so it may be a while before I hear anything. That was 5 months ago and I never heard from anyone so I have to assume they are no longer hiring in their new fiscal year or something. But was ghosted multiple times during the interview. Overall, a very long, poor process with little to no communication throughout.
