3. Portfolio + behavioral questions with panel - 2 hrs
4. Behavioral question with Head of design
There's a clear disconnect between the interview panel and the HR. The HRs do not know what each round is for. After going through all the rounds they put the position on hold wasting my time. There was no clear communication regarding this. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed of this.
And I do not know why they make you sign an NDA for every round of the interview. There was nothing extraordinary about the interview process to require an NDA

The interview was conducted via a phone call with a senior technical recruiter. During the conversation, we discussed the upcoming interview stages, as well as qualifications, experiences, and alignment with the role's requirements.
