Set up an interview date and time over the phone. During the interview, I was in the office and positioned at a small round table with three managers. We discussed my resume, overall job knowledge, experiences from previous jobs and compared experiences with open position. Following the interview, I was escorted around the building to meet other employees to tour the facilities. I was called a couple of days later and offered the position.
