J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Palantir Technologies (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2015
Entretien
Got contacted by an external recruiter about this role and got scheduled an initial phone screen with their HR (which turned out to be contracted from the same agency, I think they work for Palantir in an on-premises manner). The interviewer rushed through a list of (repetitive) questions mechanically and did not seem to be responsive or interested in the answers - the experience was rather disappointing, because I interviewed with the company a few years ago and got reasonably far down the process. Last experience with the HR was completely different, it was more like a conversation talking about experiences, the company, its products and my career aspirations. I was also asked a couple of analytical questions related to data and problem solving, which did not happen at all this time. In comparison this phone call was dry and scripted - was not even given a chance to ask her any question at the end.

They really want to get to know you throughout the process, and see how you think about data in different ways and how you solve problems. You have to build a product which takes a long time.

Started with a quick review of my recent experiences and behavioral questions, and then jumped into a SQL interview. It was mostly a large code file which had a lot of bugs in it that had to be fixed.

Entretien
There were 3 stages:
1. Chat with a currently deployment strategist (20 min)
2. Onsite interview: consisted of a 45 minute technical comprehension portion and a 45 minute decomposition portion
3. Interview with hiring manager (30-60 min)
After passing a round, they were very quick to get back to me, usually same day or end of the next business day.
