I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The interview process took about 3 weeks and consisted of 2 HR screens and 1 behavioral interview with a deployment strategist. My interviewer really pushed the weakness question and dismissed an answer when he did not consider it to be a true weakness.
