I met with a company rep at a career fair back in September, received an email maybe a month after saying there were not going to consider me. Beginning of January, I was recontacted via email where they said they would consider me for a position in their software engineering test (SET) group.
Went through the first interview. It was pretty rocky, but in hindsight it wasn't especially difficult. Started out with some based Java concepts and definitions, then an algorithm question, then a "how would to try to break this program" question. About an hour long, probably lengthened by my mistakes.
Received an email about a week later to set up a second phone interview. First question retouched on Java concepts that I had talked about before but in more detail. Second question regarded procedures for overriding.
Both interviewers were engineers and very pleasant to talk to.
