J'ai passé un entretien chez Palantir Technologies (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Long drawn out interview process. Spoke to people who clearly hated their job, wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company. Seven interviews for one job is excessive for a contributor job role.

The interview process was well structured and meeting different teams, it felt more of a personality fit rather than necessarily good at the job.
I believe that the company will find it hard to find someone to fit and stay at the role, if this is the case rather than looking at skill set. There is still an empowering feel from management which will mean that long term, the candidate even successful may not actually stay in the role for long time, managers need to be reviewed

I applied online and had a phone interview schedule for the next day. The guy I had the phone interview with told me he knew nothing about payroll and could not answer a single question I asked him. He told me at the end that I would not be moving on to the next stage and good luck in my job search.
Two days later I was contacted again and asked to come in for a face to face. I came in and the person I met with had no questions written down and did not write anything that I said down. She never once looked at my resume. My interview with her was 45 minutes. She did would roll her eyes at my and make this face when I would give answers that apparently she did not like.
I was offered a job with another company the next day. This is not a department I would want to work in if this is an attitude you have to deal with.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (one of the stupidest questions of all times)
