A Content Strategist (not a recruiter) reached out to me on LinkedIn, then we had a 25-minute conversation. After this, I had to submit an application that included some writing and a resume. After this, I submitted a writing sample from my portfolio. Then, I was sent 2 exercises to complete in a 24-hour time period. I was told not to spend more than 1.5 hours on the 2 exercises, which was not a realistic request given that the company sent me 6 videos to watch beforehand and each exercise demanded significant thinking and creativity. After this, I had a 3-hour video interview (1 hour with each of 3 interviewers). I enjoyed learning about the company but overall this process was a massive time suck.
Because I had spent over 12 hours of my one, precious life on application activities for this company, when I was rejected, I asked if they would be willing to provide 1-2 bullet points of feedback for me. No response (this last item is what puts the interview experience in 'neutral'– like really, you couldn't have spent one minute letting me know one thing I could work on in the future?).

Was interviewed by the hiring manager who was rude and didn't provide much clarity on role. Would avoid as seems like very chaotic environment and not a typical content team.

A video interview with the company's Head of Content at their London HQ. The interview itself was very respectful, friendly, and thorough and the follow-up message was reasonably swift. Overall a positive experience.
