Palantir recruiters were very friendly. However, I have been ghosted twice during the process, interviews reschedule which can be very stressing for a candidate.
I had a screening problem solving interview that I passed followed by a behavioral interview.
I managed to passed to the on-site interview but weirdly failed. They did not tell me why nor gave me any explanation to why they are not moving forward with my application.

Quick call with recruiter then technical interview. First call was easy, fit of company etc... Technical interview was leetcode easy and code walk through. Overall, much easier than what I had read online.
