Immediatly after applying I was contacted by a recruiter who requested talking to me via Skype. After a week or so I had the interview which was brief: she asked me about the work I'm doing, my interests, why did I chose Palantir and what the company does. Another week passed and she forwarded me to a coordinator which wrote me via mail, asking for my availability for another skype interview with a forward deployed software engineer. The interview was a week and a half later he asked me about previous work, interests, and asked me two questions: write a function that recursively traverses a directory and deletes .svn dirs, and write a function that given two lists returns the common elements in each one. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. A week later another skype interview with a forward deployed engineer was scheduled. He again asked about previous work and then asked me to arrange a given list with integers with the negatives on the left side and positives on the right one. After giving my solution he asked me to propose a linear time algorithm to solve it.

Had a chat with HR and then a technical interview with an engineer. They gave some some quite normal leatcode type questions that I had to answer to continue to the next steps.
