The interview process took a bit of time but was extensive. I originally applied with Paladin months before I received a phone call to meet for an Interview. The hiring manager that I had met with made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to describe my past schooling and experience that pertained to the Security Industry. I was then hired on spot after my interview.

English test and comprehension test, then an interview about legal knowledge and standard character assessment. The office would send you an e-mail with a dress code to follow and you will be primarily assessed on the appearance you possess.
