firstly they will waste your time by asking to fill up the long form .I was interview in gurgaon for android position . Hiring HR was so rude , confused person . I passed 1 written round , and 4 technical face to face round . Technical person was so happy with my performance . After 4 rounds Hr told me to sit and wait , So i did ,.. after 1 hour that same HR came and asked for my name , i told him my name . He then went inside the cabin searching something . they didnt found my resume and reviews of panel. They searched for hours and at last i listen one HR saying that "what we now show to CEO .. tell candidate to leave " .I was so suprised by this behaviour .. after all i left .. and next day some random person call me from that company and said .. drop a mail to head HR about your story , and tell them that this is management fault . Head HR doesn't even bother for it . My point is - at that time i was so needy for job , i may be the person to get hired for that position just because of there carelessness they rejected me . Mr . CEO atleast tell your HR to be professional and to do there job
