You typically go into a first round interview with one employee. If all goes well you move to the next round where you will have 3-5 more interviews with other employees that are more in depth than the first one.

Entretien
There were 4 rounds of interviews for this position. They were sort of drawn out interviews. I think a couple of them were useful and productive but a couple of the interviews felt a little bit more like just seeing if you’d get a long with various people but not really testing your knowledge. Overall was a positive experience though.

Question 1
The first interview was more of getting to know me and checking on my skill sets. Second interview was testing out their ATS system and seeing if you can follow directions/retain knowledge. They also test your prioritizing abilities for various tasks you may need come across. Third interview was with a recruiter, getting to know your personality and experience. Final interview was with manager kinda just reviewing everything, kind of felt useless but also could help with cultural fit.
