Thanks for your feedback. We do have AC and fans in the office like every other office :) Interview are not long but the process is. The only reason is because we want the best candidate for the job. Hence there are several elimination rounds. Salary is at par to your work experience. Not sure what you mean by no proper background of the company. We are a 15 year old company and candidate are sent mail with links to about our company and other info. Also almost all candidates apply themselves which obviously means they have found our company job online, read about us, job requirement etc and then only applied.
