Had a terrible experience with Paddy Power. Firstly, they scheduled the interview in the middle of a public holiday in Ireland and showed no flexibility when I suggested we might move it. Then I did the one hour video interview with two members of their digital team, I had done a lot of prep for the interview so thought it went quite well.... Radio silence from them Two weeks later I asked for an update from the HR representative who set up the interview and never got a response. A further two weeks after that I followed up again but still never heard anything. A really poor way to treat people and has put me off the company for life.
