Applied online.
Received date to attend assessment in HQ.
Went to HQ staff friendly. Setting very casual.
Approx. 25 there for assessment We were brought to a room where we were given a short induction/brief about the company and its values.
After this we were split into 4 groups were we had to work as a team, two people had to sit back to back one had shapes (the architect) the other had a picture ( the builder) . The builder had to try and describe the picture to architect who in turn had to use shapes to “build” the picture. The other team members cud tap in and take over builders roll to help out.
As far as group exercises it was quite good & different. (all while groups were observed by staff)
After this we were split into three groups one group went to do typing & hearing tests other group went for interviews and third group waited in room.
All it all it was a positive experience staff were friendly and answered all questions etc

the first part of the interview is an online interview where a program asks you a question and you have to answer by submitting a video. Afterwards there is a part where you have to play 3 games.

Entretien
Smooth sailing and welcoming staff. The process involved having a quiz first then a short minutes video about yourself and your skills.
Upon successful completion of this, there is a one on one interview with a team leader. This whole interviewprocess was very lovely.

Entretien
The first interview was done through an automated service where I had to record myself answering questions within a time limit. After this I had to play some knowledge-based games. The 2nd interview started with a written and listening test with a 2hr long interview Zoom session the following day.
