I applied online. They got back to me within two weeks. I then had a group assessment and we had to be with 15 other people. We had to build a spaghetti and marshmallow tower and also did a maths quiz.

it was quite forward. I applied through their website. Submitted my CV and weeks later i was called and asked to complete Numerical tests. I passed the test and was called for a a day assessment.
