The interview process was clear and supportive from start to finish. First, I was invited to an online video call, which felt more like an open conversation than a formal assessment. The questions were relevant but the mood was relaxed, and I felt encouraged to speak openly about my experience and motivation. Afterwards, I had an on-site interview where I could see the workspace, get a feel for the atmosphere, and ask my own questions. Both stages were transparent, friendly, and gave me a really positive impression of the company.
