I went through three rounds of interview, the screening, a 1 hour interview with the Director of operations and the third one was scheduled with the Sr. Director of Supply Chain. The experience with the second round was good and professional with a proper guideline and followup but my third interview was cancelled five minutes before it was supposed to begin. The recruiter called and notified me that they were looking for someone more experienced which is understandable but didn't you know my experience level one round before this one and at least have the curtesy to go through with the interview if you weren't able to make a decision until last minute before the interview. Also the recruiter was very unprofessional as she cancelled the meeting with no explanation and then called and said your experience doesn't match, I hope you understand and before I could even comprehend or respond properly she cut the call.
