It was a phone screen at the first. The HR asked questions straightforwardly and quite effectively. The second was a video conversation with the manager. The manager was polite and responsive. He explained everything about the job. The third round was with the director, someone who is emotionless. He was drinking Starbucks all the time during the interview. It was a really bad interview experience with him.
