Initially there are two grammar rounds.once you clear that you will be asked to write about a topic in 500-800 words.you can search about it using internet. Then they'll call you for an interview where they will judge whether you're good in technology or not.
If you are , they will reject you because you might leave the company if you get an opportunity in development.
And if you aren't ,they'll reject you because you are not good in technology 😂
Happened with me and my friend.
The managers should first design tbe skillsets by themselves. People are not wasting their 3 days for such kind of behavior.
HR people are very nice.They try to bring out the best within you.
