I had a great phone interview with the Director of Sales and HR manager.I heard back via email from the HR manager and he invited me to the hotel for a in person interview with the GM of the hotel and Director of Sales.I came in for the interview and waited for 30 mins untill the GM came out. He walked me around the property and told me more about the hotel.We sat down in his office to start the interview.He told me the Director of Sales quit.We continued with the interview and he told me The regional sales manager will be in touch soon to ask for questions and I was moving onto the next steps in the hiring process.A week went by and I followed up with the HR manager twice. Never Heard back..unprofessional and a waste of time.I would suggest you look else where for a job.
