The first round is a phone interview with either HR or an actuary. The questions here are pretty standard. You talk about your educational experience, your work history, your technical skills (make sure you can talk about the Excel functionalities you can use), leadership skills. Lots of "tell me a time when..." questions. The second round is the final round that's done via video conferencing. You will be on an interview panel with several other candidates, and yes, you can hear everyone's responses. Candidates will go down the row answering the same question one at a time. The questions are also pretty standard. There are about 4-5 questions in total, since it will take a while for everyone to give their answers.
