Entretien
It was a fairly quick process once they made first contact and turnaround time for decision was also quite speedy. The first visit is for testing and the second (final) visit is for a group interview which included a quick role-play of a scenario.
Each of these steps help both the applicant and leadership team understand more about the fit for the role. We're glad to know that the process was quick and that is what we strive for with each applicant.
