Had a call with the recruiter that seemingly went great. They quickly followed up asking me to submit my availability for the next round of interviews. I submitted my availability immediately and never heard back from the recruiter to get anything scheduled. Followed up multiple times but no response to email or phone calls.

I was very excited about Pacaso initially... great concept, huge potential, and a position that aligns well with my skill/experience. During my first interview they said 'we're looking to fill this position quickly, within a few weeks'. A week later I had my 2nd interview, which went well. A week later I had my third, which also went well - I was told a final In-Person interview would be next. I heard nothing for 8 days... which was odd. I decided to reach out, to which they quickly apologized and set a 4th interview. After that went well, they again said a final In-Person would be next. 6 days later, after hearing nothing, I reached out again... asking about next steps. They apologized and set an In-Person, but also asked me to do a Take Home Test... given little instruction. After the Test, I had the In-Person Interview. After the In-Person interview I was told 'you'll hear by the end of the week', which would be 2 days. After 8 days, I received a generic e-mail saying they went with another candidate. No feedback given... Overall, I had 6 interviews and a Test over 7 weeks... I am no expert, but that seems very unprofessional. I personally left the experience soured on the company and the leaders, which is a bummer, because I really believe it has BIG potential.
