Four 30 min Zoom meetings, one with the Director of People and Talent, the CRO, the CAO and the CEO. Mostly conversational, one role play. All happened within one week.
It was an incredibly fast process. Met with 6 people over a span of 3 days, everyone I met was very informative and asked questions specific to what the role requires.
