The interview was straight forward. They didn't try to trick you or ask silly questions. I was asked basic management questions on how to handle disputes between customers and how to accommodate a difficult shopper.

The interview was a more casual one on one conversation, the manager asked me about my experience. He also asked me if I had any leadership experience. There were a few scenario type questions. My first impression of the store was great, the staff was and still is very professional.
